Submitted full papers will be evaluated for compliance with the congress guidelines, academic quality, relevance, and publication standards. Only papers that successfully complete the evaluation process will be included in the Proceedings Book.
The Proceedings Book will be published electronically with an ISBN and will be made available through the official ICOPR website.
Detailed information regarding the full-paper template, submission deadline, and publication schedule will be announced on the congress website.
Journal Publication Opportunities
Selected papers presented at ICOPR 2026 may be invited for submission to one of the supporting journals listed below, depending on the academic quality, subject matter, and scope of the study.

All invited manuscripts must be submitted separately to the relevant journal and will be subject to the journal’s standard editorial evaluation, scope requirements, publication policies, and independent peer-review process.
