ICOPR participants can disseminate their work through the Congress Abstract Book, Proceedings Book, and selected journal publication opportunities.
Abstract Book
Accepted and presented abstracts will be published electronically in the ICOPR 2026 Abstract Book.
Congress Proceedings
Authors of accepted abstracts may optionally submit a full paper for consideration for the Proceedings Book.
Journal Opportunities
Selected studies may be invited for journal submission according to academic quality, subject matter, and scope.

All accepted and presented abstracts will be published electronically in the ICOPR 2026 Abstract Book with an ISBN.
The Abstract Book will be made available electronically through the official ICOPR website following the congress.
At least one author must complete registration and present the accepted study for inclusion.

Authors of accepted abstracts may optionally submit a full paper for consideration for publication in the ICOPR 2026 Proceedings Book.
Full-paper submission is not required for congress participation. Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated for quality, relevance, and compliance with congress publication standards.

Important Publication Information
Supporting journals operate independently from ICOPR. Acceptance or presentation of a contribution at ICOPR 2026 does not guarantee publication in any journal. Each journal retains full editorial independence and makes publication decisions according to its own aims and scope, editorial policies, peer-review procedures, and academic standards.
Publication Ethics
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original, accurate, ethically conducted, and prepared according to accepted principles of research and publication ethics. Required ethical approvals and permissions must be obtained where applicable.
Developing Your Congress Paper
Publication of an abstract in the ICOPR Abstract Book does not prevent authors from subsequently developing the work into a full manuscript for journal submission, subject to the policies of the journal concerned.
