Registration is required for presenting authors and participants attending ICOPR 2026.

Presenting Author

Presenter Registration

For authors presenting an accepted contribution at ICOPR 2026.

€50 registration fee

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Online access to all scientific sessions
Online access to keynote sessions
Presentation of the accepted paper
Certificate of Participation
Inclusion of the accepted abstract in the Congress Abstract Book

Presenter Registration becomes available through My ICOPR after at least one submission has been accepted.

Non-Presenting Participant

Listener Registration

For participants who wish to attend the congress without presenting a paper.

€15 registration fee

Certificate of Participation

No paper submission is required for Listener Registration. Listener registration remains open until the congress begins.

Important for Accepted Papers

At least one author must complete registration.

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete Presenter Registration by 10 November 2026 for the paper to be included in the final congress program. Once a submission is accepted, Presenter Registration becomes available automatically in the corresponding author’s My ICOPR account.

Registration Procedure

How Registration Works

Registration and payment are managed through your personal My ICOPR account.

Create or Sign In

Use your existing ICOPR account or create a new account if you are attending only as a listener.

Registration Path

Authors with an accepted submission register as Presenters. Other participants register as Listeners.

Complete Registration

Enter the required participation and billing information. A unique Registration ID will be created automatically.

Complete Payment

Use the secure iyzico payment link provided through your My ICOPR registration page.

Payment Verification

Your payment will be verified by the ICOPR organizing team. Registration is confirmed after verification.

Presenter Registration Deadline

10 November 2026

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete Presenter Registration by this date for the paper to be included in the final scientific program.

Listener Registration

Open until 21 November 2026

Participants who wish to attend ICOPR 2026 without presenting a paper may register as listeners until the beginning of the congress.

Participation Information

Online Participation & Certificates

Virtual Participation

ICOPR 2026 will be conducted entirely online. Registered participants will receive information about the online platform, access links, session schedules, and technical procedures before the congress.

Participants should ensure that they have a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and the necessary equipment for virtual participation.

VIRTUAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Certificate of Participation

Participation certificates will be issued electronically to registered participants who attend the congress.

Acceptance of a submission does not automatically complete congress registration. Registration must be completed separately through the participant’s My ICOPR account.
