How Registration Works
Registration information is provided following acceptance of the submitted abstract.
Abstract Acceptance
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted will proceed to the congress registration stage.
Registration Information
Accepted authors will receive registration and payment information by e-mail.
Complete Registration
Registration is complete after all required information and, where applicable, payment have been received.
Registration Deadline
Please check the Important Dates page for the registration deadline. Late registrations may not be included in the final congress program.
Online Participation & Certificates
Virtual Participation
ICOPR 2026 will be conducted entirely online. Registered participants will receive information about the online platform, access links, session schedules, and technical procedures before the congress.
Participants should ensure that they have a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and the necessary equipment for virtual participation.
Certificate of Participation
Participation certificates will be issued to registered participants who attend the congress.
Certificates will be provided electronically after the congress.
Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically complete congress registration. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration process by the announced deadline for the paper to appear in the final scientific program.
