ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Authors wishing to participate in the 3rd International Congress of Pedagogical Research (ICOPR 2026) are invited to submit an abstract through the online submission system.

ICOPR 2026 will be held fully online on 21–22 November 2026.

Abstract Preparation

Abstracts should:

  • be written in English;
  • contain 250–300 words;
  • clearly state the purpose of the study, methodology, main findings or expected results, and conclusions/implications;
  • include 3–5 keywords;
  • be original and directly relevant to the scope of the congress;
  • not contain tables, figures, footnotes, or references unless essential.

The title should be concise and clearly reflect the content of the study.

Authors should provide their full name, institutional affiliation, country, e-mail address, and ORCID ID during submission.

Submission

Abstracts must be submitted online through the ICOPR Submission System.

Submissions sent by e-mail will not be considered unless otherwise requested by the Organizing Committee.

Authors should use the official ICOPR 2026 Abstract Template when preparing their submissions.

Please refer to the Important Dates page for the abstract submission deadline and notification of acceptance.

Review Process

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee with respect to:

  • relevance to the scope of the congress;
  • clarity of the research purpose;
  • appropriateness of the methodology;
  • academic quality and originality;
  • clarity and coherence of the abstract; and
  • potential contribution to the field.

Authors will be informed of the decision by e-mail following the evaluation process.

The Scientific Committee may request revisions before final acceptance.

Presentation

Accepted papers will be presented online in scheduled synchronous sessions.

Detailed information concerning presentation duration, session procedures, and the online platform will be provided on the Virtual Presentation page and in the final congress program.

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete congress registration in order for the paper to be included in the scientific program.

Full Papers

Submission of a full paper is optional unless otherwise specified by the Organizing Committee.

Authors who wish to submit a full paper for consideration for the congress proceedings should prepare their manuscripts according to the official ICOPR 2026 Full Paper Template.
