The International Congress of Pedagogical Research (ICOPR) provides an international platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and graduate students to share research, exchange perspectives, and discuss contemporary developments in education and pedagogical research.
Since its first meeting in 2020, ICOPR has brought together scholars from different countries and educational disciplines through international academic exchange and collaboration.

The 1st International Congress of Pedagogical Research (ICOPR 2020) was organized in cooperation with Düzce University and various institutions and organizations.
The main theme of the congress was:
“Environment and Teaching 21st Century Skills”
The congress addressed a wide range of contemporary issues in education, including educational sciences in the developing world, the future of teacher education, and the present and future of education.

The 2nd International Congress of Pedagogical Research (ICOPR 2021) continued the international academic dialogue initiated by ICOPR 2020 and brought together researchers and educators to discuss educational challenges and developments during a period of significant global change.
The main theme of the congress was:
“COVID-19 & Education”
The scientific program included keynote presentations and research addressing remote learning, educational responses to the pandemic, artificial intelligence in mathematics education, and other contemporary topics in pedagogical research.
