Virtual Presentation
The 3rd International Congress of Pedagogical Research (ICOPR 2026) will be held fully online on 21–22 November 2026. All accepted papers will be presented live in scheduled online sessions, enabling researchers, educators, practitioners, and graduate students from different countries to participate and engage in academic discussions regardless of geographical location.
Clear, Focused, and Interactive Sessions
Each oral presentation follows a standard format to ensure that every presenter has sufficient time to share their research and participate in academic discussion.
Oral Presentation Format
Each oral presentation will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion and questions.
Presenters are kindly requested to adhere to the allocated time so that all presentations within the session can proceed according to schedule.
Presentations may be supported by PowerPoint, PDF, or similar presentation materials.

A simple four-step process helps presenters enter their sessions prepared and ensures the smooth progression of the scientific program.
Check the Program
Confirm your presentation date, session, and scheduled time.
Join Early
Enter your online session at least 15 minutes before it begins.
Present Live
Follow the session chair and share your presentation on screen.
Discuss & Engage
Take part in questions, comments, and academic discussion.
Presenter Checklist
A few simple preparations before your session will help avoid delays and technical problems during your presentation.
Confirm Your Session
Check the final congress program carefully and confirm your session date and time.
Join 15 Minutes Early
Enter the online session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Use Your Registered Name
Join using the same name and surname provided during congress registration.
Check Your Internet
Ensure that your internet connection is stable before entering the session.
Test Audio & Video
Test your microphone, camera, and speakers in advance.
Prepare Your Presentation
Have your presentation file open and ready before your session begins.
Choose a Quiet Environment
Participate from a quiet environment with minimal background noise and distractions.
Be Ready to Share Your Screen
Make sure your slides are accessible and ready for screen sharing when invited by the chair.
Joining Your Virtual Session
Detailed access information will be shared with registered participants before the congress.
Meeting Platform & Access Links
ICOPR 2026 will be conducted through an online meeting platform.
Information regarding the platform, access links, and joining instructions will be sent to registered participants before the congress.
Session Etiquette & Presenter Guidelines
Following a few basic session guidelines helps create a smooth and professional online academic environment.
While Presenting
- Turn on your microphone when invited by the session chair.
- Use the screen-sharing function to display your presentation.
- Keep your presentation within the allocated 15-minute period.
- Follow the instructions of the session chair throughout your presentation.
During the Session
- Keep your microphone muted when another participant is speaking.
- Remain in the session, whenever possible, for the presentations and discussion period of other participants.
- Questions and comments will be managed by the session chair during the discussion period.
- Respect the session schedule and the time allocated to other presenters.
If a Technical Problem Occurs
Testing your equipment in advance is the best way to reduce the risk of interruption during your presentation.
Technical Issues During a Session
Presenters are strongly encouraged to test their internet connection and equipment before the congress.
If a temporary technical problem occurs, the session chair may continue with the next presentation and return to the affected presentation later in the session, where possible.

Chairs & Certificates
Moderated Scientific Sessions
Each scientific session will be moderated by a session chair.
The chair will introduce presenters, manage presentation times, facilitate the question-and-answer period, and ensure the smooth progression of the session.
Presenters are expected to follow the instructions of the session chair throughout the session.
Electronic Participation Certificates
A Certificate of Participation will be issued to registered authors who deliver their accepted presentation during the congress.
Registered non-presenting participants who attend the congress will also be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation.
Certificates will be issued electronically after the congress.
Congress Program
The final program will include presentation titles, presenters, session times, and online session information. It will be announced on the Congress Program page before the congress.
