ONLINE PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
The 3rd International Congress of Pedagogical Research (ICOPR 2026) will be held fully online on 21–22 November 2026.
All accepted papers will be presented live in scheduled online sessions. The online format enables researchers, educators, practitioners, and graduate students from different countries to participate and engage in academic discussions regardless of geographical location.
Presentation Format
Each oral presentation will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion and questions.
Presenters are kindly requested to adhere to the allocated time in order to ensure that all presentations in the session proceed according to schedule.
Presentations may be supported by PowerPoint, PDF, or similar presentation materials.
Online Platform
The congress will be conducted through an online meeting platform.
Information regarding the platform, access links, and joining instructions will be sent to registered participants before the congress.
Session links should not be shared publicly or with individuals who are not registered for the congress.
Before Your Session
Presenters are requested to:
- Check the final congress program carefully and confirm the date and time of their session.
- Join the online session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Use the name and surname provided during congress registration when joining the session.
- Ensure that their internet connection is stable.
- Test their microphone, camera, and speakers in advance.
- Have their presentation file open and ready before the session begins.
- Participate from a quiet environment with minimal background noise and distractions.
During Your Presentation
Presenters should:
- Keep their microphone muted when another participant is speaking.
- Turn on their microphone when invited by the session chair.
- Use the screen-sharing function to display their presentation.
- Keep their presentation within the allocated time.
- Follow the instructions of the session chair.
- Remain in the session, whenever possible, for the presentations and discussion period of the other participants.
Questions and comments will be managed by the session chair during the discussion period.
Technical Issues
Presenters are strongly encouraged to test their internet connection and equipment before the congress.
In the event of a temporary technical problem, the session chair may continue with the next presentation and return to the affected presentation later in the session, where possible.
Participants experiencing technical difficulties should contact the ICOPR Organizing Committee through the contact information provided on the congress website.
Session Chairs
Each scientific session will be moderated by a session chair. The session chair will introduce the presenters, manage presentation times, facilitate the question-and-answer period, and ensure the smooth progression of the session.
Presenters are expected to follow the instructions of the session chair throughout the session.
Certificates
A Certificate of Participation will be issued to registered authors who deliver their accepted presentation during the congress.
Registered non-presenting participants who attend the congress will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation.
Certificates will be issued electronically after the congress.
Congress Program
The final program, including presentation titles, presenters, session times, and online session information, will be announced on the Congress Program page before the congress.
